Where can I find my order number?
Your order confirmation email includes your KingSong order number. Enter it with the email address you used at checkout.
Where is my tracking number?
Look in your shipping confirmation email for the carrier tracking number. It is different from your order number. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or use the order number lookup.
Why is there no tracking update?
A shipping label may be created before the carrier scans your parcel. Updates can also pause between facilities. If your delivery is overdue, contact our team with your order number.
What if my order arrives in separate parcels?
Your order may have more than one shipment. Use your order number and checkout email to look up the order, or check each tracking number from your shipping emails.
