What riding experience is recommended?
The S16 Pro is a performance suspension EUC intended for riders who already have core EUC riding skills. Its speed, weight and suspension platform require experienced control, appropriate protective equipment and riding within local rules.
How fast can the S16 Pro go?
The published maximum speed is up to 60 km/h (37 mph). Available speed depends on firmware, settings, battery level, rider weight, temperature and riding conditions. High-speed EUC riding requires advanced skill and appropriate protective equipment.
What real-world range should I expect?
Typical real-world range is approximately 40–50 miles (65–80 km). Speed, rider weight, elevation, tire pressure, temperature, wind, terrain and riding style all affect range; aggressive or high-speed riding will reduce it.
How does charging work?
The S16 Pro includes a 5A charger and has two charging ports. With a compatible dual-charger setup, the battery supports up to 10A charging. The published 4–5 hour charging time refers to standard charging conditions and should not be read as the 10A charge time.
How much suspension travel does it have?
The S16 Pro combines 88mm of suspension travel with an X-type linkage, a 750lb spring and a 16 × 3.0-inch tire. Keep the suspension area clear of accumulated dirt and debris after riding.
What can I do in the KingSong App?
The KingSong app supports vehicle status, ride and lighting settings, movement alerts and a one-key lock. The 32 × 32 onboard display shows key ride data directly on the wheel. Available functions may vary with app and vehicle firmware.
What lighting does the S16 Pro include?
The lighting system includes four adjustable 5W headlights, automatic light sensing, side lighting, rear lighting, turn signals and brake lighting. Use appropriate reflective equipment and personal lighting when conditions require it.
How often does the suspension need maintenance?
Routine disassembly is not presented as a scheduled requirement. After riding, clear dirt and debris from the suspension area, and follow KingSong service guidance for inspection or repair.
Can I unlock the speed?
Factory speed limits and any app-based unlock behavior depend on the current firmware and local requirements. Follow the in-app instructions and ride within applicable laws and safe conditions.
What warranty and support are available?
The current US purchase experience presents a 12-month whole-vehicle warranty for eligible manufacturing issues under normal use. Crash damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized modification and improper repair may be excluded; confirm the terms shown for your order and service region.
